The best fine cocoas from Papua New Guinea, choice beans from Madagascar, and full-bodied cocoa from West Africa results in a blend that is 100% first-class. In 100% of all cases, we use our 100g mould with deep channel depth for our Dark Chocolate. This makes it easier to break off a piece of the firm dark chocolate.
