We invest significantly in the strengthening of our brand. We aim to make and keep our products attractive to consumers and to the market. We promote a fair and cooperative relationship between the Works Council and Senior Management. Senior Management regularly informs and includes the Works Council in the planning of important issues. We pay close attention to the concerns and issues of older and disabled employees.
