What distinguishes RITTER SPORT as a friendly and attractive employer? Aside from the fact that there is a lot of chocolate here to munch on?
First of all, there is our company’s location on the edge of the town of Waldenbuch, in the middle of the beautiful Aichtal valley. We are not only located in an attractive landscape, we are also situated conveniently for commuting purposes: between Stuttgart, with a short distance to the airport, and Tübingen, the country’s leading university town.
Even though we only recognise one shape when it comes to our chocolate: the square – the shape of our employees’ working hours is not as rigid. Flexible working hours in all non-production departments is for us a given. Diverse training courses and career opportunities ensure that it is never boring here. And our supplementary pension plans sweeten our employees’ lives even after their departure from our firm.
Healthy with Ritter Vital
“Healthy and successful together” is not just something we preach, but also live. It starts with the offerings in our company canteen which prepares healthy food that is abundant, varied and free of additives insofar as possible. The offerings range from fine raw vegetable nibbles or different cereals for breakfast, to delicious warm food and an extensive healthy buffet for lunch and dinner. But we don’t just eat well, we are also well-informed, for example, through courses offered on nutrition. In order to promote physical well-being at work, we work together with a physiotherapist toward back pain prevention. Seminars on stress management or relaxation techniques ensure the mental equilibrium of our employees.
Seeking a little after-work exercise in good company? Also possible. Everyone can find something suitable in our company sports groups, which our employees organise themselves. Football, badminton or Nordic walking are just a few of them.
At the end of the working week there is a nice RITTER SPORT tradition: On Fridays, a small “chocolate care package” is handed out to every employee. For one person it is a very personal weekend ration; for another person, small presents for the family. For everyone, however, a beautiful way to sweeten the weekend.
